AI SEARCH ASSISTANT

This site offers an AI assistant that answers questions using our published content. We want to be clear about what happens to what you type into it.

  • Your question is sent to our AI provider. To generate an answer, the text of your question and relevant extracts from our own published pages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic processes this on our behalf as a service provider.
  • If you have accepted analytics cookies, your questions are recorded. We keep a record of the questions asked from your browser and associate them with your HubSpot cookie, so that our team can understand what visitors want to know. If you later fill in a form and identify yourself, these questions may be attached to your contact record.
  • If you have not accepted analytics cookies, no record is kept. Your question is still sent to the AI provider in order to answer it, but it is not logged against you, not stored in our marketing platform, and not linked to any contact record.
  • We store your questions, not our answers. The answers are drawn from our own published pages, so there is nothing to retain.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential business information into the assistant. If you would like a record of your questions removed, contact us using the details below.

HOW LONG COOKIES LAST

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period — for the analytics and marketing cookies described above, this is typically up to 13 months, after which you will be asked for your preferences again. Records of AI assistant questions held in our own systems are retained for up to 30 days unless they have been attached to a contact record, in which case they are retained in line with our Privacy Policy.

MANAGING YOUR PREFERENCES

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which will cause the consent banner to be shown again on your next visit.

Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies entirely through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of this site from working correctly.
